More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
